3. Electrical Installation & Site Readiness
All physical electrical wiring, circuit breaker panel retrofitting, switchboard installations, and smart relay integrations must adhere strictly to local electrical safety standards, national building regulations, and certified contractor guidelines.
Clients commissioning on-site labor through our Electrical Installation division agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to electrical cabinets, distribution panels, and low-voltage cable paths. Wealthiquipgun reserves the right to suspend on-site commissioning if structural hazards, ungrounded wiring, or non-compliant infrastructure pose risks to certified technicians.
4. Intellectual Property & Engineering Schematics
All proprietary hardware schematics, control algorithms, smart automation interfaces, website graphics, technical documentation, brand identifiers, and editorial materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wealthiquipgun and its licensors.
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate configured automation hardware and access customer dashboards strictly for personal residential or designated commercial property use. Reverse engineering, decompiling firmware, redistributing automation scripts, or replicating proprietary relay configurations without explicit prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Hardware Warranties & Smart Relay Performance
We take pride in engineering resilient hardware that endures millions of duty cycles. Smart switches, dimming modules, and climate relays supplied directly by Wealthiquipgun are backed by defined manufacturer and integration warranties as detailed in your project contract.
Standard Hardware Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects, internal relay malfunctions, and firmware failures under specified ambient operating conditions.
Workmanship Warranty
Ensures precision terminal connections, cabinet labeling, and certified wiring configurations deployed by our certified specialists.
Warranties do not apply to equipment subjected to uncertified third-party electrical modifications, severe power grid surges exceeding rated surge protection thresholds, water damage, or unauthorized alterations.
6. Client Responsibilities & Network Security
For cloud-synchronized or local network automation solutions, the Client is solely responsible for maintaining the security of residential Wi-Fi networks, local gateways, VLAN configurations, and administrative login credentials.
You agree to promptly notify our technical team if unauthorized access, gateway compromise, or anomalous automated behavior is detected. For additional details on data protection protocols, please consult our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Wealthiquipgun, its directors, engineers, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- External power grid outages, severe voltage fluctuations, or third-party utility disruptions affecting boiler or floor heating systems.
- Intermittent internet service provider downtime causing delayed remote control synchronization.
- Failure of third-party legacy appliances connected to smart relays not certified by our team.
- Unauthorized alterations made to distribution boards after formal project handover.
Our total aggregate liability under any cause of action arising from direct equipment supply or certified electrical services shall not exceed the actual fees paid by the client for the specific product or service unit in dispute.
8. Amendments & Service Termination
Wealthiquipgun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms of Use at our discretion. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" revision timestamp. Continued engagement with our services following publication of modifications constitutes binding acceptance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate ongoing maintenance agreements, cloud telemetry bridges, or technical support access immediately if a user violates these Terms, engages in unlawful tampering, or defaults on scheduled payment milestones.
9. Governing Law & Legal Notices
These Terms of Use and any separate project agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws applicable in our registered jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
