01
Overview & Commitment
At Wealthiquipgun, we consider digital confidentiality and data privacy as fundamental components of modern architectural engineering. When installing smart switches, automated dimmers, dynamic lighting controllers, and integrated boiler automation hubs, protecting your personal residence and usage patterns is our top priority.
We operate under strict global privacy principles ensuring minimal data ingestion, transparent processing operations, robust local execution protocols, and complete client sovereignty over stored telemetry profiles.
02
Data We Collect
To deliver, configure, and maintain luxury smart home hardware and high-precision electrical systems, we may collect the following categories of information:
Client Identification Data
Full name, billing address, site installation location, verified email, and contact phone numbers provided during technical consultation or quote requests.
Infrastructure Specifications
Panel schematics, electrical load capacities, relay channel distributions, room zoning topologies, and equipment serial identifiers.
We do not collect sensitive biometrics, financial account passwords, or unencrypted environmental audio streams through any standard installation package.
03
How We Use Collected Information
Wealthiquipgun processes collected client and technical data strictly for defined and legitimate engineering purposes:
- Engineering & Deployment: Designing tailored load distribution, dimmer calibrations, and floor heating logic matching your architectural layout.
- Diagnostics & Preventive Maintenance: Detecting voltage spikes, relay temperature thresholds, and automated boiler fault codes prior to hardware disruption.
- Firmware Upgrades: Delivering signed over-the-air patches and security firmware to on-premise controller units.
- Customer Support: Providing direct technical assistance regarding our automation services and system integrations.
04
Smart Devices, Telemetry & Local Architecture
Unlike generic consumer smart appliances that route continuous traffic through remote cloud servers, Wealthiquipgun prioritizes a local-first automation topology whenever technically feasible.
Local Execution Guarantee
Smart switches, automated dimmers, and underfloor thermal valves execute timing routines, occupancy macros, and relay switching locally on your private controller without continuous cloud transmission.
When remote monitoring is opted-in by the client, telemetry payloads contain purely numerical status metrics (e.g., kW/h energy consumption, target water temperature, relay open/close cycles) stripped of user identifiable attributes.
05
Data Security & Cryptographic Standards
We implement enterprise-grade defensive layers across digital communications and local controller hardware:
End-to-End Encryption
AES-256 encryption at rest for technical registries and TLS 1.3 for all encrypted gateway sync operations.
Role-Based Access
Strict multi-factor access governance limiting technical telemetry access only to certified installation engineers.
06
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain installation records and warranty documentation for the active lifecycle of your smart home warranty and service agreement. Device runtime telemetry logs are automatically rotated and permanently purged every 90 days unless extended diagnostic profiling is explicitly authorized by you.
07
Your Legal Rights
Under relevant data protection legislation, you are entitled to comprehensive control over your personal information:
- Right to Access: Request a complete copy of all personal records and system topologies associated with your residence.
- Right to Rectification: Promptly correct inaccurate contact, billing, or equipment mapping details.
- Right to Erasure: Request permanent removal of non-essential records and telemetry accounts upon contract completion.
- Right to Restriction & Objection: Disable optional telemetry diagnostics without compromising core smart switch switching functionality.
Review our Disclaimer and Terms of Use for additional procedural guidelines.
